Poster Idea 1 - Disembodied limb

 One of our ideas for a poster is a shot of a body part. It will co-inside with our codes and conventions for our genre and will effectively give the audience an idea about what the film entails without giving away too much of the plot line or narrative.

I have selected four photographs that we are using in our trailer that we feel will best translate well into a poster.

We all decided that this was our favourite shot out of these four. Because it is a facial shot it is more emotive than the ones of just an arm and so I think it is More effective at attracting the audience's attention and would make a more successful poster.
I also like how the pink of the shirt contrasts well to the paleness of the skin and the surroundings. More emphasis is placed on the eerie and deathly aspect of the body.
